Pharmacy Consulting Ltd can meet all your training needs. We carry out a number of training sessions every month in a number of locations across England.  All of our courses are highly interactive and informative.  The training we currently provide is split into two major areas:

  1. Wholesaling training
  2. Registration and Licence Acquisition workshops



It is a requirement that ALL personal involved with the storage and distribution of medicinal products are suitably trained. We have a range of courses to meet your wholesaler training needs.

Our training courses provide expert support and advice on all aspects of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) for the distribution of medicinal products, whether you are applying for a Wholesale Distributor Authorisation or are a Responsible Person requiring an update course for your Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

We also provide an auditing course that provides practical information on how to plan, conduct, report and follow up both internal and supplier audits.

In addition we run GDP/RP training and audit training courses ‘open’ to all twice a month in major UK locations, including Ireland.

Registration and License Acquisition workshops

It can be a minefield negotiating the application and registration processes to the competent authorities for pharmacies, manufacturers or other service providers.  The application processes can be complex, expensive and time consuming.

We conduct workshops to help guide clients through the application forms and processes required for:

  • Distance Selling Pharmacies applications
  • Care and Quality Commission Registration
  • Wholesale Distribution Authorisation application
  • Home Office Licence

The workshops provide you with an overview of the requirements that you will need to fulfil in order to make the application or registration, plus provide a step-by-step guide to the application process, also highlighting some of the pitfalls and unexpected hurdles that you as the applicant may face. This all provides you with the knowledge to assess the successful future of your business.
