The client wished to open a pharmacy in an area currently classified as rural in nature and therefore where there was pre-existing doctor dispensing. It was by no means certain that a pharmacy contract would be awarded in this rural location and research was required in order to be able to formulate a well-argued and persuasive case for a new contact application.
