Pharmacy Consulting has been involved in community pharmacy for many years initially working mainly with multiples. In more recent times as pharmacy consultants we have, in particular, supported Independent pharmacists and buying groups in a wide variety of projects.

Our most demanded services for community pharmacy consultancy centre around obtaining contracts and opening new pharmacies, relocating existing pharmacies, automating pharmacies and developing pharmacy sales, services and profits. In providing these services, the true independence of our advice is what our customers most value. We also aim to offer customers a value for money service and as a result much of our work results from referrals made by satisfied customers.

Pharmacy Suppliers

Pharmacy Consulting has been actively involved in working with suppliers to community pharmacy since 1998. Our Pharmacy consultant has supported and worked with a wide variety of product and service suppliers including new and existing suppliers of: Pharmacy IT, Training materials, Prescription Medicines, Pharmacy Automation and Anti-Counterfeiting technology. On quite a few occasions the pharmacy supplier wanted to build a better relationship with and understanding of community pharmacists as an important part of the work conducted on their behalf by our pharmacy consultants and this is a service that we offer, as we understand both industry sectors well.

An important service for selected pharmacy suppliers involves obtaining MHRA Wholesale Dealers licenses for new medicines wholesalers, including pharmacies. Once a license is obtained we then support those medicines suppliers on an ongoing basis, by acting as a contract Responsible Person
