Medicine Management Projects

We offer an initial free project evaluation to potential clients, to understand and define the area/s where help and advice is required. This could involve a site visit. A written proposal is then submitted for the client company's approval detailing:

• The agreed areas for improvement action
• The clients objectives for the assignment
• An estimate of time and therefore the costs of the consultancy service, to meet the clients objectives.
• An estimate of the client and their staff's time in supporting the assignment
