Despite the exception from the Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA) for new Distance Selling Pharmacy contracts, the application process is a tricky one and unless every detail is thought through you could be opening yourself up to representations being made against you and you will then face an appeal process.

Appeals can be both costly and very time consuming so it is worth spending the time to get it right first time!
