As the shift in Pharmacy is to provide new and innovative services in additional to the traditional supply role, they are looking to all their suppliers including the Generic Suppliers to provide them with support.
It is a given that the supply should be:

  •  Reliable
  • Competitively priced
  • Quality medicines and appliances
  • Information should be available on all products
  •  The range should be under review and novel new products will add value.

Remember a learning organisation will flourish.

Ask your customers what they want, use your sales representative as eyes and ears.

  •  Conduct market research
  •  Set up advisory boards
  •  Encourage 360 degree feedback
  •  Design a customer survey
  •  Read your complaints log and Incident reports
